Born and raised in New York, Thalia graduated from New York University with a B.S. in Communications.Most recently Thalia worked for channel 7 Eyewitness News. Thalia was on the air every weekend for the last year as the station's early morning show reporter covering a wide variety of stories from breaking news to feature pieces. Since Thalia's departure she has worked on a number of projects including hosting the PBS Transit News show, as well as the En la Escena bilingual english/spanish television show.

JAY SLOAN is the Senior Director of Creative Affairs for ASCAP's (American Society of Composers and Producers) Rhythm & Soul Creative Team, he has established himself as a talented, well-rounded music industry professional. He began honing his skills in the Urban A&R Department at Warner/Chappell. After a successful four-year term at Warner/Chappell, he developed a vast knowledge of music publishing and gained working relationships with musical talents such as Dr. Dre and Timbaland.

In his current position as Senior Director of Creative Affairs, Jay oversees ASCAP's Rhythm & Soul Creative Team and handles affiliate ASCAP members, coordinates several events, showcases, local and national educational panels and conferences. Nina Dornheim is a fashion designer with five years of international work experience in Germany, Italy and Spain working with one of the biggest fashion distributors in the world as well with high end fashion brands: Jill Stuart and Proenza Schouler. Her inside/insight of the ZARA-group where she worked for several years will help new/hopeful designers understand the role of their role in such a huge company. Nina’s specialty is lingerie and swimwear; her insight will be valuable for new-designers interested in this very special field in fashion.
